"RPTRA construction is recontinued through second phase of CSR. Indeed, it had stalled for a long time," expressed Kelik Miyarto, Head of South Jakarta Community, Women and Family Planning Office (KPMPKB), Tuesday (8/9).

The project stalled was because the company only want to provide money for the construction, instead of a building.

Meanwhile, Head of Pasar Minggu Sub-district, Eko Kardiyanto disclosed, before the project is executed, the project land will be elevated first about two meters, because it is a lowland that prone to flood.
